Serana

Name: Serana (S-air-ah-na)
Background: Serana was nothing more than the result of one of her non-committal parents' many trysts, and was made to know this quite early on. Her and her mother often came into conflict, so it was no surprise that the headstrong and independent pup simply up and left as soon as she was an adolescent. At first she was joined by a close friend, but the wilderness is cruel to pups, and the other pup did not last long. Unlike many her age, Serana learned quickly and was surprisingly capable of survival on her own, even if it meant catching only small prey. Simple survival was never her goal, however, and Serana spent her time searching for a new home and new family.

Personality: Serana is so confident and secure in her ability that she feels no need to brag, and in fact sees no reason to seek approval from others. If given a job, she simply completes it. She has no time for self-pity or fear. Serana is quite reliable, both personally and professionally. She forms strong social bonds and is quite devoted to her loved ones. It has been said that she is also strikingly beautiful.

Log:
Year 1, Autumn

• Serana arrives in Highrange, and is accepted into the pack. Kronor and Araya are surprised by how good her condition is, especially compared to some of the other wandering pups they have found.
• Serana forms good relationships with most of her new pack, but especially Deyra. The two are often seen together, and become close friends and comrades. Ronal seems to spend some extra time trying to impress her, and while she acknowledges his sucesses she also remains distant - often being put off by his bragging and his inability to admit his mistakes.

Year 1, Spring

• Serana joins Deyra as a hunter.
