A dark wolf with piercing red eyes is the first to see you and confidently comes over to talk to you.
"I didn't realize Brazen was having guests over. I'm Thorn, fastest wolf in the pack and one of the chasers for Orthrus, the third oldest hunting party we have. Have you already seen the Somnelium? You look like you would fit right in."
A pair of wolves walks by, their fur shining golden in the light, and Thorn suddenly goes quiet, watching them walk with a strangely distant gaze. Once they're out of earshot, she shakes his head as if snapping out of a daydream and looks at you like he just now realized you were there at all.
"Oh, hi! Did Brazen invite you here? I'm Thorn, fastest wolf--"
He says the same thing he did before, like their first conversation never happened. The golden wolves are gone, but the strange aura of the camp remains, and you're starting to realize that something isn't quite right in this place.
