A regal, beautiful, and passionate wolf from an esteemed pack, he was the one of only a few of his pack to stay behind after a mass exodus to a more bountiful and fertile land. He was found by Tassel and Kubla while he was battling (and outmatching) a great feral bear with his phenomenal speed and agility. This was reported to the High Priestess Isli, and after a secretive and ritualistic ceremony of divination in the Den of Ceremonies, she demanded to Kubla that he be inducted into the pack as its unique breeding male.
The adoption of a new and physically impressive male as the stud of the pack was a controversial decision - that saw much protest throughout the matriarchal Sisters of Selene. However, soon, the wolf took a new name and excitedly took his role with respect and admiration for the hierarchy. Androgynous looks, a wolf-pleasing attitude, and feminine inclinations hastened Ornlu's transition into the social order of the pack, and he soon became quick friends with the Apothecary, Tumble, and the object of affection of several of the she-wolves. Isli also always has his ear, and some speculate on the reasons that Selene (or rather, Isli herself) chose Ornlu to join the pack.
