Lore: Monsoon is the son to Fog. He was told that he was a traveling wolf. Monsoon had gotten stuck in a pack and couldn't get out. He eventually blacked out and when he awoke, he was back in the Shadow slayers and most of his memory was erased. He was sent out again to be a traveler but he didn't really know what to do. so monsoon just wandered on, completely clueless in what was going on.

Lore: Monsoon found himself at the borders of a pack. He was met by the alpha himself Norðurljós who was out on a routine scouting of the borders. "Are you a traveler?" Norðurljós would ask. Monsoon nodded making sure to show off his hodag spikes being as charming as possible. Norðurljós nodded and motioned for him to follow.
Monsoon followed and was greeted by the rest of the pack including some fellow travelers. He enjoyed his time. He even grew to an adult while within the pack. After a few days and spending some time with Odette who was teaching her son the way of traveling as well he set off once more. With a bit more knowledge on what a traveler was and did.
Pack name: Night-glow pack
Name and ID: Reki #59012
Decor added: Owl talon necklace, Arctic white
Lore: Monsoon was travelling along the edge of Prairie when suddenly he realised someone was following him. He stopped and waited for them to approach. "You're walking very close to the border of my packs territory." The she-wolf informed him. He answered "I'm just a traveler looking for a place to stay, i mean no harm." She chuckled a bit her tail wagging and the wearyness leaving her body, "I'm a traveler too, you can go stay with my pack just tell them Tanzi sent you!" It was a bit strange how easily she trusted him still he wasn't going to let this opportunity pass by.
He went the way Tanzi pointed him to and sure enough soon he found a few of the packs hunters coming to their camp, they let him follow them to talk to their leader. Her name was Azuki a strange looking white-brown she wolf? He wasn't quite sure she was a wolf completely she reminded him a lot of twoleg dogs. She was very nice tho and let him stay for several days if he helped to take care of the puppies, there were a lot of them for this time of season so his help was greatly appreciated.
It was fascinating to watch the puppies, it reminded him of... of his mother yes... Fog was her name. Strangely he didn't remember much of his puphood tho, so playing with these pups now was sort of comforting to him like he was teaching his younger siblings even if they weren't related. He also befriended some of the other pack wolves, but only surface level, polite chitchat and smalltalk. It didn't mean that much to him, atleast not as much as one of the puppies he taught named Tide gaving him an owl talon necklace before he departed, it was a custom to give travelers a gift on such occasions but he still felt like it meant much more, like he was a great figure in this pups life and that was priceless to him.
On his way once more he felt like maybe he has... healed a bit? He didn't know how to describe it but he felt more complete. And he noticed two white butterflies following him from that point on. Showing up here and there. Their white innocence symbolising how his inner pup healed even if just a little.

Lore: As Monsoon traveled on a old trail on the side of the mountains, the sky suddenly turned dark and it began to pour. Monsoon started to trot to find a shelter when he hear pawsteps behind him, he turned to see who they were when he saw a strange creature. A wolf made completely out of shadows and wisps, dark oil like ooze dripped out of its mouth as the shadow was slumped over a little. He quickly took a step back before quickly turning to leave, running through the mountains as the shadow wolf let out a screech so loud and piercing, it shook the stone, chasing after Monsoon. He slides down the side of the mountain, reaching the bottom as he hit a stone, taking his breath away for a split second.
Monsoon looked up the side of the mountain and saw the dark shadow wolf spew out more black ooze as it flew down the side of the mountain, a few seconds before it reached the bottom, he got up and dodged, the shadow wolf hit the stone hard, disappearing into the rain, all that was left was a puddle of dark ooze that smelled of death and rot.
"Hello?" Water Lily spoke as she saw Monsoon, walking up with her herb pull of many herbs. Monsoon got a good look of the healer, seeing the lilac coat with the dark stripes, what stood out was her missing right eye.
"I was being chased by this monster!" Monsoon said in a slight panic, pointing his tail towards the ooze.
"Oh dear, its okay, at least is gone now...I am sorry about it, this happens when you enter our mountains...good thing i found you when we did though", As she spoke, she pulls out a goldenseal herb and puts it on the ooze, screeching was heard as the ooze disappears. After cleansing the area, Water Lily took Monsoon to the pack to stay for a while, after some time, leaving to explore more.
Pack name: Starshade Pack
Name and ID: Lucky #50618
Décor added: Red Oak Branch [Green]
Lore: Monsoon was careful about entering a large deciduous forest, wary of what danger or guards he might encounter similar to the BloodNight Pack. He was grateful the herbalist Water Lily had come to his aid.
As the sun set, a blue fog began to settle at the base of the trees, making the fur on Monsoon's back rise with worry. A loud bark could be heard in the distance and suddenly a large hound, blue fur lining its back and tail, bounded into view. Two more followed the first, each with the same glowing fur and eyes. Monsoon froze with terror. He braced himself for a fight but before he knew it, the three hounds ran off in another direction, disappearing into the blue mist in the trees.
Monsoon shook his head, unsure of what he saw was right. Another wolf's paw steps made him spin around and he found himself face to face with a beige wolf with blue and red marks underneath a coat that looked to be torn with an unnatural white. The she-wolf seemed to glow gently, especially the blue marks. She wagged her tail in greeting.
"You look like a traveler. Don't worry, why don't you come star at the Starshade Pack for a while?" Asked the she-wolf. She introduced herself as Iakopa and explained how these woods have an unusual connection to the lunar realm. Lunar creatures came to the mortal realm by accident following the lunar energy. The wolves in the pack flowed from their exposure to this energy. Some even resonate with it if their pelts have been star-touched like the blue in hers.
Monsoon listened with interest and soon found himself in the heart of the forest where the trees were so dense, the leaves shaded it from even the stars. The blue mist and the glowing wolves made it appear bright, though. Roots overlapped to form large hollows that served as dens for the wolves.
Monsoon enjoyed his stay and learned to like the mist and the lunar creatures. He also enjoyed pupsitting the many crazy pups in the Starshade Pack. As a parting gift, Iakopa found him a large red oak branch, it's bright green leaves lush and fresh. She told him to take it with him as a reminder of the Starshade Forest while he continued on his journey. He bid farewell to his new friends with a happy bark and continued on his way.

Lore: Arriving in the grasslands on a sunny spring day, Monsoon spotted a cedar tree forest further North. Curious, he made his way over to the forest. It was not like any tree cluster in the grasslands. No tree cluster was that large in fact.
Upon arriving at the cedar tree forest, he was greeted by two wolves. One was an older male with dark red fur and an 'X' over his eye. The other male was younger than Monsoon and had a snowy pelt. They didn't seem hostile towards him, so Monsoon was happy to introduce himself to the two.
"Nice to meet you, Monsoon," the older male said, offering him a smile. "I am known as Burning from the Galactic Ones, but you may call me 'Burn' for short," he politely bowed. Burn nudged his younger companion, who seemed a bit nervous to speak at first. "I'm Subzero... You may call me McCabe if you'd like." Monsoon wagged his tail at both of them, giving them a friendly smile. "It's nice to meet both of you!"
Burning offered him a place to stay in the cedar forest, which Monsoon happily accepted. Not all of the pack were as friendly as Burning and McCabe, but at least Monsoon was able to fit in fine during his stay in the pack. He even impressed the pack's king with his hunting skills.

Lore: Monsoon was doing his normal travels as he had finally finished his stay with the other pack. A few weeks of traveling he began to grow frustrated, finally collapsing on the ground and huffing in defeat. as he began to doze off to sleep a tiny pup, wimmy playfully licked his nose and began running off somewhere. Urging the older wolf to follow him. Monsoon reluctantly followed, padding behind the small pup until they reached a hallow area in the forest, where a kind and welcoming pack allowed him to stay for the time-being

Pack Name: Amber Swamp
Name And ID: Rain Takami #89540
Decor: Zebra Longwing
Lore: It was late at night, while freezing rain fell down as he made his way trough the swamp. He ran into two wolves who were taking a stroll together.
They asked him why he was there and he told him that he was a traveler, looking for a place to stay until winter comes to a close. And from this rain.. he thought with a shiver.
Earthquake gave Cat a lick on the cheek and told her to go home without him, as he will lead Monsoon to their camp. Cat nodded while brushing her tail against her mate as she ran off towards the clump of trees.
Earthquake asked about a wolf named Marsha, but Monsoon told him he never heard of her. He led him to his pack where he had nice warm nest to rest in and delicious vulture eggs to eat.

Lore: Monsoon found himself staying with a strange pack, the wolves were very friendly and welcoming of his presence, all except for the lead. The young male seemed to actively avoid him as he went about his duties in the pack's camp. Monsoon was puzzled by this, as most pack leads seemed friendly to travelers if their pack hosted them.
After days of avoiding the glaring gaze across the camp he finally decided to get some answers from some of the pack elders.
"Hayle is still young" An older female called Stumble starts, "He doesn't see the value in sharing stories yet."
"But he has seen travelers stop through the pack?" Monsoon questions "Wouldn't talking to us help?"
"Leads are a different sort of wolf in this pack, they are made from snow and moonlight at the time of the old lead's death, it can be hard to connect his experiences with others." She shrugs, "We do have a traveler of our own out in the world somewhere, she set off long before Hayle became lead though, but maybe when she returns he will figure it out."
Monsoon deliberated over her words, wondering if the younger male had a similar experience to him, being awoken with no memories but told a purpose. The next couple days he attempted to converse with the cold wolf at any chance he got, refusing to be brushed off by his sharp words.
By the time he needed to set off once again, Monsoon felt he at least made a little progress, even if Hayle faced away as Monsoon left the pack, he could see his ears twitch as he called a goodbye.
