Temptress

Temptress smiles softly as you approach, tilting her head ever so slightly. You feel at ease next to her - almost too much so. “Hello..” she whispers and you hardly see her mouth move as her delicate voice utters the single word. 

The wood behind her seems to grow dark against her smoky fur and the red patterns along her back start to melt down her pelt. Is she bleeding!? Has she always looked like that!? What’s happening?

Temptress’ smile grows as the fear ebbs into your gaze, “we may be weary, yes, but we are still Warlocks, dear.” The black under her eyes now seeps down her fur, dripping onto the ground below like rivulets of toxic blood. 

She comes close and a cold air runs down your spine and the earth below you now feels muddy and thick, “run,” She whispers, “before my neophytes catch you in our wood.”
