Heyward practised his voice in a remote spot, a bit ashamed to howl in front of other pups and adults. He didn't feel ready yet.
The Lead Lord pretended to be a very hungry coyote today and chased Hayward around the den to test all the dodging techniques in action. The dripping saliva coming from his mouth was a great yucky touch.
Hayward challenged New Puppy to a tusseling match. He savagely clawed New Puppy's nose, and The Lead Lord gave him a stern look and said claws were only supposed to be used like that when hunting.
