Hawk was once one of the pack's hunters. Together with Snowfall, she formed the hunting party "Glacier Talons". Her keen sight guided the chasers to their target while Snowfall's nose led the way. Hunting with her friend was her favorite pastime, however she was forced to give it up when the pack's herbalist abandoned them during a deadly influenza outbreak. Hawk had to trade in her fangs for a different kind of force in order to keep the pack from dying to the influenza.
When her pups were born, Hawk underwent yet another shift in roles as her little bundles of joy became her main focus in life. The days she once spent picking herbs were now happily spent in the nursery. Though as happy as Hawk was with motherhood, she quickly began to grow restless, yearning for the adventures of the good old days once more. She began to dream of leaving everything behind in search of one last adventure.
