Kahr'iq, his wolf name, gives the impression of a cheeky, and perhaps even devious, character. Literally: Fast, spirited, a little rude, precise, sharp/clever.
Year 7: Kerrick stood out from the litter almost as soon as he could walk. None of the other pups had the same aptitude for training, quick tongue, or the fierce spark of intelligence in their eyes that made other wolves stop and stare.
He uses his cleverness to his own advantage, often charming other pups, and even adults, into letting him have his own way.
Year 8: Kerrick is torn between his parents, not wanting to choose or leave the safety of the nursery.
