Khione

Khione does not make the best pupsitter, admittedly. She is quiet and not always the most friendly, but she teaches the pups what they need to know. Those under her care say they have learned a lot.
Khione's gift is called "the Storm", and it seems much more serious than it is. She can summon rainfall, and often the pups she looks after are convinced to stay inside when it rains.
