Lilith was found by Forrest when patrolling the pack's territory. After being stubborn and refusing to leave the area, she was brought back to the den to speak to Laika. Laika was going to chase her off of Meliora Pack's land but before she got a chance Lilith noticed that one of the hunters, Knox, had an open wound and asked if the pack had an herbalist. When she was told that nobody had the skills to fill the position, Lilith used her own knowledge of herbs and healing to treat Knox's wound.
To thank the stranger for her generosity, Laika welcomed her and gave her a meal and a warm nest to rest for the night. Before she left the next day she approached the alpha and asked if she could join the pack and take the healer position. Laika agreed and Lilith became the pack's herbalist.
While out foraging herbs one day Lilith met a male from another pack, Armado, and mated with him to become pregnant with her first litter. She gave birth to four puppies,
