Razum-dar

With the passing of Boethiah, Razum-dar rose to replace him as a scout, and the primary stud in the Blood Exchanged Pact. This agreement with neighboring wolf packs prevents inbreeding by sending a single representative to stud with selected females in those packs. Unlike his predecessor, however, Raz seems much more enthusiastic about this role. 

Raz has a plucky and confident way about him, and he has a quirky habit of referring to himself in the third person. When asked about the strain of his work, he replies "This one does not mind."
