daughter of dew and cain, ivis is the single remaining child of her parent's five children, the remainder of them all finding homes outside of lichen valley. coincidentally, she is also the youngest. born during the time of her father's herbalist role, she never knew cain as anyone but the gentle and loving medic of his latter years, and as the pressure to find an apprentice loomed overhead, to say that ivis wasn't pestered about the subject would be a great understatement. try and try as he might, cain would never succeed in convincing ivis to take up the herbalist role after he retires. instead, ivis' eyes were firmly set on being a hunter just as her late mother, dew, had before her.

ivis was a charming and friendly wolf in her youth, a quality about her that carried long into adulthood. she never failed to make those around her smile, especially the elusive caedric, her adopted brother. many would say it was ivis who helped caedric grow into his own after his accident, and though not related by blood, anyone would be remiss not to see the incredible bond they share. ivis' gentle presence and ability to strike up conversation with anyone, even the most surly and aloof of lichen valley's denizens, is her most recognizable trait, making her an irreplaceable asset to the pack.
