REDBUSH
Bush Painted Red in Fall, or Redbush, as she prefers to be called, comes from mysterious origins. There is not one pack that can claim to have seen her before she started her own pack, nor any pack-mother that can claim to have raised her. For all intents and purposes, the ruddy wolf showed up out of nowhere one day, at the top of the mountain for which her pack is named - Sky Peak.
Despite her mysterious origins, Redbush is a very competent leader; in fact, one could even venture to say it seems as though she's lead a pack before. Everyone in the pack has their role, and under her leadership they have thrived; many consider her an older sister of sorts, someone whose pawsteps they can follow in while still making their individual marks on the world. Each decision she makes for the pack is one that is upheld by all of them; though she has a tendency to lead with her heart, not her mind, she nonetheless fiercely protects all under her care, and for that she has earned their undying loyalty.
Though she has never mothered a litter, and indeed doesn't seem inclined to do so with any male in the wolf packs of the greater area, she nonetheless cares for each pup that enters her pack like they were her own. With her help, they feel welcome and at home almost instantly, readily accepting the pack customs as their own and growing to enjoy the pack as a whole. It is this passion to accept each new member that has helped further unite the pack and its future going forward.
Though the Pack of Sky Peak started from her and her right-paw-wolf, Oceans, under her leadership she has ensured it will not die out with her, as the future of the pack is already coming of age. Though she has not named her successor yet, and does not seem inclined to do so, all can be sure that whoever succeeds her will be the right choice for the pack.
