Rhona means "a wise ruler".
Rhona is a queen of the Scarlet Sunset pack, born and bred in the pack. Since childhood, she has been noted for her thoughtfulness, wisdom, and unhurriedness among her peers.
Rhone's becoming a queen was marked while she was still in her deep youth. The then queen received a sign from Jomsolne herself: a red hawk in the sky foretold the former queen that Rhona would be the one to lead the pack of Scarlet Sunset to unprecedented horizons and open a new chapter in their lives.
That's what happened. The Scarlet Sunset pack had existed for many moons, but had been in decline for a long time. The then queen, who had received the sign, took over the education and training of Rhona, and when she ascended to the throne, the pack began to transform rapidly.
It was Rhona who was the first queen to go beyond the mountains and make contact with wolves from the outside. The scouts were no longer just patrols, but the very real explorers of the new territories that lay beyond the mother mountains.
Following Jomsolne's will, Rhona allowed strangers to join the pack, diluting it with new blood. She managed to innovate while still maintaining the traditions of the pack that her ancestors had established. Under Rhona's rule, the pack flourished and continues to do so for many years to come.
The wolves of the Scarlet Sunset pack signify Rhone's reign of "En solnedgang i nye farger," a motto that means "Sunset of new colors." Rhona has set the trends for many moons to come, and now the pack is ready to conquer new horizons and take its faith to other lands.
