Once a scout, Storm now devotes her skills to teaching the pups of the pack. She is not always in a good mood, as she struggles to keep her spirits high, but helping the pups and adolescents to learn and grow often gives her a boost of energy and happiness.
She was once close to Silver, her superior scout, but they had a small falling out when she decided to retire from her role early. She helped to tutor Wander in the ways of a scout, and her young replacement often sleeps alongside her like her own son.
