Iva

Fii wakes up from her afternoon nap. Blinking slowly as she recalled once again where she was. One moment she was in a place known as the trading center, where her previous pack decided they would rather have the silver cones instead, to being escorted to her new pride, only to sit in a cave away from the rest of the pack. Her hackles rose, her feeling of hatred for her previous pack making her blood boil. She was upset with them, and even more upset with the leader of the pack she was in now.

"What do you want from me that my pack couldn't give?" She thought angrily. "I went from having a home of my own, surrounded by my kin, to being in this lowly cave which reeks of sickness." She sat up, looking around the cold and dull cave once again as she heard the sound of someone approaching.

"Yanima.."  Fii sighed as the leader's scent drifted through the cool breeze. She merely glanced over at her, not interested in talking to her.

Yanima entered the cave, tail raised to show her authority, stopping a few meters away from her newest packmember, glancing down at her. "Fii." She paused, watching the wolf as she slowly turned towards her, laying down and slowly wagging her tail to show she was listening. "Perhaps you do not wish to speak with me, but whatever the case is, it is time for you to join the others."

Fii looked up at her leader, her tail wagging a little more. "I can join the other members? I'm not always going to be alone here?"  Her gaze softened as she waited to hear more. "When can I go meet them?" 

Yanima glanced down at her packmember, it made her happy to not have to witness the young pup sit in this cave and sulk anymore, although isolation was necessary in order to both hide her scent and to make sure she didnt have any other illnesses that could spread among the pack. "Right now if you'd like, however you must eat." She picked up a hare carcass from the hoard which sat behind her and placed it next to her. "You may eat all of this, your strength will serve you well here." 

Fii glanced at the shewolf, in her time being here she had discovered that the pack had been struggling for food for some time, "Should I eat all of this? What about the other pack members? What about you? Arent you hungry?" Her thoughts were ceased as Yanima gently nipped her. "Do not worry for us, we are fine." She would reply, it was almost as if she could read her mind. "For now, the hunters have been fruitful in their tasks. You are hungry, and you need to eat." She responded sternly, the tone was enough to make her tuck her tail between her legs, beginning to eat the hare with no further questions in mind.

Yanima straightened up, regaining her posture, turning to leave before stopping at the cave entrance. "Fii."

She stopped, looking up from her food, wondering what else her leader had to tell her.

"From this point forward, you are a part of Epilogue. Your name here will be Iva."

"Iva.."  She smiled faintly, hearing her new name. wagging her tail at her leader as she watched her leave. "I am Iva, member of Epilogue." She continued to eat.

"This is my pack, and I will serve it well."
