The Alabama shadow

Null could never fund a place to fit in due to her bloodline, so she set out on a solitary life as an assassin. Her dark coat served her well, acting as camouflage during her midnight hunts for her latest mark. All until one day, when Null was working on the next name on her list: Fílos.

Fílos had no idea where the fangs pressing into his neck had come from, but he knew he had to act fast. Fílos bit down on the tomato he was holding in his mouth, and the explosion of tomato juices was enough to force Null to back off and do her best to get the juice out of her eyes. Instead of moving in for the kill, Fílos became the first to offer Null what she had always wanted: a pack where she could belong.

Of course, hunter for the Tomato Gang, is a much less renowned title to hold, but it's okay in her slightly-crossed eyes.
