Honestly? I wasn't sure about joining a pack, but I just... I need to be around others, y'know? Sormtrick had newly claimed the forest when she found me, and after a breif discussion, well... I think I like the idea of being her DSW, traveling and making connections with other packs. For right now, she'll have me stay here because they have a bit of trouble, but... Yeah, I think I like this arrangement. This'll work.
I'm to stay in the pack for now; the Pack Herbalist... Blue? She's nest bound and unable to do much. Herbert is kinda menacing, but Blue trusts him enough to make a nest in his den so he can continue teaching her, and he's never outright been aggressive, so I have no complaints for now. According to him he likes how I take so long he knows he has a wolf who'll walk to the ends of the earth to find him herbs, which... Thanks? Not really sure how I feel about that.
Oof; it's been a while since the whole chaos that was Blue deciding not to be an herbalist and Lightheart taking her place; and winter; and losing pups, while still knowing there are adolescents to be mentoured and mouths to feed. I stayed on Pupsitter duty, but now I think I might be ready to travel...
