The young pup rather quickly caught two of those standing in Methuselah's eye. Amerigiu and Wiyueria took kindly to the pup both for two different reasons. Amerigiu admired his coat, while Wiyueria murmured that a wolf of similar fur kept treading in his visions taking place far in the future.

Despite the brisk winter he took kindly to, purple flowers caught his eye and he began hoarding them at his mother's nest. After long enough, Ulamari, amused by her young son's antics got assistance from Autumn to make him a pleasant drape from the lavender flowers. In the celebration of the spring time, as well, autumn frequently brought Azamantheus along with her to view over the flowers. The pup seemed lively at the sight of the blooming flowers, but grew drowsy in the light of day or the depth of night. With all his time staying at the spring fair and laying amongst the flowers, his coat was tainted in purple-tinted white splotches. While subtle, he still glories in the new "markings" that do not appear to leave his fur. Wiyueria, on the other hand, seems somewhat set off by this young pup's new appearance.
