Biography
A volun-told Leader of the stars.
Life before the meteor:
Before, what won't be mentioned yet, I was a free-roaming wolf of the forest. Not many cares but that of protecting my home, the woods. I would frolick through the trees and grass, hunting what I pleased, and playing with what I wanted to. I had a den I would return to nightly, but I was alone. Life was nice, but a little too quiet for some aliens I guess.
One day, on an excursion, I heard some strange noises coming from the sky. To my suprise, when I looked up the sky was falling at me, or rather barrelling at me. In one second I was taken to the ground at mach-speed, and after what felt like ages of pain, I awoke to a wolf? staring at me. Nose to nose with this- thing? I took a few big sniffs and so did she. She was very intriguing to say the least, and she looked (and smelled) as if she'd just been through hell. After a few seconds though, she fell unconscious.
After the meteor:
Itxs been a few days, Aerials is the name of who crashed into me, and she's very peculiar. She doesn't share the mannerisms of an earth-dwelling wolf, nor any wolf at all. She even talks of strange things and places i've never heard of before. She's since told me why she ended crashing into me and it was a very crushing story. Tales of the cosmos, and how her pack was a keeper of the stars. They'd spent their lives travelling the entire outerspace, beyond what we even thought existed. Then one day something happened, and just like that, Aerials was sent hurdling lightyears away from her home-system, and into me.
Since then we've been gathering wolves lost in the darkest parts of the world, some space-dwellers, some not, and giving them a safe haven to rest. Some choose to stay, some don't, we leave it up to their soul.
Leader:
Aerials speaks of how she grows tired, still loving their mission and journey, just not as able to keep up. Maybe I'm the next 'Leader of the Stars'. It's not a title I'd reject, I just don't know if I'm prepared.
She's Chosen:
Aerials held a sort of meeting today to announce her retirement. The entire pack mourned the loss of a great leader, but in her stead she chose me to lead as I had anticipated. What if I'm not good enough on my own? I'll have to try my best.
These Pups:
Recently alot of pups have joined our pack and been born, and its all so overwhelming. My calm in the storm has been helping out my protoge, Atom. She's a sweet child, just a bit of an overthinker like me. I've found that giving her a friend, someone to focus on, she lightens up and loses some of her anxiety. Atom and Ace started off a bit rocky, probably because of Ace's rough past and tragic loss of her family at such an early age, but now they're two peas in a pod. I feel a sense of acomplishment.
