Growl

A large, strong looking wolf, Growl has an oddly soft nature compared to his looks. Though he's very isolated and secluded, he doesn't mind befriending wolves and shows himself as kind and open hearted when he feels safe with someone.

Growl ran away from his pack in hopes of starting a new life somewhere else, as his pack was starting to suffer from overcrowding. In his travels, he found the lead wolf, Fennel, exploring the territory, and he decided to try and join him in his own adventures. After revealing he lead a pack nearby, he offered himself to join it, and as he was in need of more male wolves, he accepted. He brought him with him to the territory and took care of his needs, as he had suffered a bit by himself.

Howl and him are great friends, and are mated in order to have puppies, as Growl doesn't experience romantic love himself, which they don't mind and respect deeply. One of their pups, Grizzly, resides in their allied pack, Lost Adventurers, as they wished from a very young age to experience the world much like their mom and grandpa. He seems to be proud of xe, even though he understands they won't see each other as much as if he were inside the pack still, but he respects xer decision.

He used to be a pupsitter, telling stories to the younglings from his adventures outside of the pack, but became a hunter for the pack's second hunting party after they gave him the offer, as he felt he could make a greater impact this way. Though he tends to overthink and gets anxious easily, he tries his best to not let it affect his job. He's very determined to make the place he lives in a good one, even more with the fact he's mated with the leader's child.

He's aromantic bisexual, cis, and uses he/him pronouns. He also has anxiety disorder.
