He turns his back to you and fumbles around with it and a series of objects. After a short period, he offers a small smile. "New Befriended Wolf is completely clear! Not a carrier for anything at all."
Extra Details -- Chaser, Vermin (#79943) Did Contact the Finder, CAMERON (#138556). They Did Want to Re-Claim, However Decided Not to Due to Their Friend Wanting the Chased NBW. Said friend ended up with wolf after all.
Edit: Friend changed their mind about keeping the wolf and decided to return to chaser.
