Rise of the Chorus

Rise is a solitary wolf. Despite founding his pack of the sky, he really likes his alone time and frequently just... walks off for days at a time.
So he has Advisors who can run the Song in his absence.

• Rivershore, his first packmate and longtime friend, is the head of the Advisors and his second-in-command as the Regent of the pack. She also represents the Hunters in pack matters.


• Warmbear is the new Mentor Advisor, after Snowfuzz passed away. The former Pupsitter Advisor, her day-to-day didn't change much. Take care of pups, attend meetings, find some honey to raid, sleep and do it all over again.


• Rumble is Rise's Scout Advisor. With her laid-back attitude and firece dedication to Scouting, she's very easy to work with. He lets Rise know of dangers local and afar, and new sources of prey and materials for the Song. She partners with Herbalist Chopper a lot to present issues or requests - they work closely together. The two are also a bonded pair, and very in love. They never let it affect their work, though!


• Pearl in the Sand represents the Pupsitters in pack matters. She's rather lazy, but dedicated to the safety of the pups even to her own detriment. Pearl is a chatterbox in meetings, though all of her words and requests are well-thought and vital to the health of the next generation.


• Chopper is the Herbalist, and youngest Advisor. She's always working, but everyone helps her with her foraging and medicine mixing when she needs it. In Advisor meetings, she doesn't have much to say besides advising for less risky Hunting and Scouting maneuvers. Attending is useful for her herb stores - she can pre-make remedies when she knows what's going on in the Song.


• Autumn is Rise's Storykeeper. He keeps meeting records, history, lineages, and territory information in his brain like a library. This skill is invaluable in Council meetings and doubly useful to keep the Song's history and stories alive for the next generation.


• Omen is Rise's current Soothsayer. It is a reclusive wolf, rarely attending meetings of its own volition. Rise usually makes them attend. When Omen attends a Council meeting on its own, it has seen a future for the pack. They're always listened to without question when they have a future to tell.
