Flutter of Hawks Wing arranged a lesson where all the puppies roleplayed the life of a pack, changing roles on Flutter of Hawks Wing's signal. Amberpup experienced being a leader but also a subordinate, and realized that every role has its purpose.

Amberpup leaped into the air, going after a dead bird that Hazel Caught in Fluff had thrown into the air to simulate flight. She was able to grab it and pin it down, standing on the wings and going for the neck like Hazel Caught in Fluff showed her.

Amberpup listened carefully to Flutter of Hawks Wing's lecture about how biting and tussling aren't allowed during teamwork. That was a bit disappointing, but Amberpup was ready for the hard work.

Amberpup leapt powerfully at Lilywish and went for the thick fur under her neck. Lilywish was faster and swatted Amberpup away, growling that going for the underside of the neck is only for killing, not for play.

Eyeing you critically, Amberpup asks if you really expect them to get up and greet you like some peasant.

You approach Amberpaw and try to get their attention, but they are far too busy grooming themselves to notice your presence.

Amberstrike nudges something over to you with a sigh that tells you they're not happy about it and would rather keep it for themselves. You're quite surprised to discover that the gift is actually useful.
