Rhonin

"The Formidable"

Raised as a hunter in the same pack as Sable, Rhonin is a true warrior. The pups chosen to be hunters were trained vigorously, transformed from innocent whelps to sturdy, fearless, valiant fighters. Rhonin was always the top of the class during training, and was on track to becoming the leader of the pack's hunting party. 

All that was lost though, when the pack was destroyed. When the dust settled after the battle, he searched desperately for other survivors, but all he found was Sable, trembling and crying in her family's den. He laid down beside her, letting her take comfort in the warmth of his fur. Eventually, the time came for them to leave, and find a place to start anew. 

Though the pair was only in their adolescence, Rhonin fought hard to keep himself and Sable safe as they travelled. Following Sable's instincts and natural leadership, he began to have a deep respect for her, maybe even a little crush. Though he'd never say it out loud, he loves her deeply, and he's sure to be there for her whenever she needs it. Whether it be advice, a battle companion, or even just a hug, he's always there, right by her side.
