- During the lesson: Sunny invited a few experienced members of the pack to find the class. Everyone had to prove their hiding techniques to the adults, and Nightshade endured well in two rounds and ended up the last to be found in the last round.
- During the lesson: Sunny examined Nightshade's technique while he chased a young stoat. The young pup kept getting discouraged, but he will learn that failures are a part of the lesson.
During the lesson: Nightshade stalked the birds in silence. Focused and alert, he felt he was improving really fast and told Sunny it was his favorite lesson.
- During the lesson: Sunny introduced a wary Nightshade to Herbert. He explained that Herbert is an expert on where to gather herbs, and can also trade herbs for others that you need.
- During the lesson: Sunny checked Nightshade's progress through a chasing test. Nightshade had to avoid being caught, which seemed completely impossible, but he wisely used all the tricks and feints to gain an advantage.
