Puppy Days

Today the lesson included effective snarling, biting at the air with extra loose saliva, and pretend-biting each other's faces while making as many awkward gurgling noises as possible. Apparently this really makes other animals tremble in fear! 蝦夷禅 Izozen thought to herself as she and her sister, 座禅 Zazen practiced. But once Denmoza joined in, the two understood why even a simple snarl could send even the largest of elk running. The elder pup had already finished most of her pup training, tussling had been left for last as there hadn't been any other pups to practice with yet. This was 蝦夷禅 Izozen and 座禅 Zazen's first lesson! Denmoza was able to overpower, out-think, and out-snarl the two sisters every time.

狼座 Ōkamiza led 蝦夷禅 Izozen to an unfamiliar place today. She was tasked with finding her way back to the den all on her own with 狼座 Ōkamiza watching from afar.
