Alpha Nawth panted nervously as she approached the bear den. It was difficult following her father's instructions. The den was a place of mixed smells and emotions. Some pups played happily with each other. Some whined about missing their parents, or sat in quietness with a haunted look on their faces. The sow watched all with a suspicious look in her beady eyes. Rumors abounded, but who on Earth would try to force details from an enormous bear? Nonetheless the pups were in need, and Ghul Pack founder Alpha Yerv had made future leaders swear to help out every once and a while.

Alpha Nawth's eyes fell on a large female pup lying alone, stretched out on her belly. The pup held a partly-eaten donkey jaw between her paws. She got a good grip and snapped off a large bite. Alpha Nawth's eye widened. Such unusual strength should not go to waste.

Luisa is laid-back and a touch lazy. On the few occasions she involves herself in pack drama she can break up fights with single look. She exercises by setting bait at the base of cliffs and pushing boulders down to crush the prey. Colorful birds follow her, waiting for the results of such messy kills.
