Edelweiss

Flower petals, glowing a gentle blue, lead you deep into the mountains - further than you thought you'd ever find yourself going. The end of the trail brings you to an encampment surrounded by various blooming flowers and blossoming trees, the shimmering petals themselves ending at a wolf with colours blue as a winter night contrasted by dark scores of black as though darkness was cutting through the simple haze of a blissfully starlit sky. They smile at you all the same, more wolves slowly peeling from their respective dens or simply trotting past you as they return from performing outside duties.

It's oddly peaceful. You feel as though you could simply fall asleep where you stand, the serenity of it all lulling you into a sense of security you can't quite recall - it's almost like a mother's warm belly, or the summer sun in early afternoon, and yet.. strangely chilled beneath the surface.

Perhaps it's the presence of the starbound wolf, whose blue gaze pierces your soul despite the friendly warmth it holds. Compelled, you stride forward as though you were part of this mysterious group, tucked away in the deeper recesses of the mountains where you swear only ghost stories could've been conjured from.

" Welcome, stranger. We were expecting you. "

A kind voice murmurs behind you. When you turn, you're met by another warm smile and a black-and-tawny wolf adorned in flowers, pelts, teeth and feathers. His azure gaze is gentle, half-lidded and unbothered, voice smoother than honey - and perhaps just as sweet.

" My name is Edelweiss. It's no coincidence that you found our paradise. Please, make yourself comfortable... there is so much to talk about. "

Edelweiss is a generation 3, fully clean melanism carrier. I prefer not to breed him with his relatives to remain a clean lineage. His stats will always be rising as I work to level him up and make him stronger. His stats are being reallocated to produce stalker pups!
