Tempest's father, Finrod, was always very strict and wanted everything to be like he wanted. before he died he made his daughter promise not to change the pack too much, he liked it the way that he had made it be and he would be furious if things were changed so drastically. Tempest didn't change a single thing, because she wanted to please her father, but she absolutely did not follow in his pawsteps, she loved him very much but she knew that Finrod was a ruthless wolf that wanted to become the most powerful.

Tempest instead became a very kind and passionate lead, but she was still the daughter of Fin, so she did have her harsh moments. She even called herself a 'Queen' and felt like she was royalty, meant to be praised by the whole pack. But deep inside her heart she always did the right thing.
