Rickon is the son of Ciaran and Ash, from their second and final litter. He has Nightshade's and Cedar's lineage. He is a proud, dedicated wolf. He took over the stalker role in the Night hunt from Frost, who had been carrying the party and trying to balance multiple positions.
The other wolves seem to think Rickon has particularly sensitive senses. He is the pack's most talented stalker and is somehow knows exactly where to find the best prey.
