Lore: When Strawberry Frost started his journey, he really didn't know exactly what he was supposed to do. He left his pack because he thought traveling sounded fun, but he soon discovered that it wasn't just about walking around without a destination .
Thankfully, his first stop was at The Court of Howls, a pack that had now hosted a good number of travelers. Here, he met Ark, a veteran traveler that had just returned from his journey. Ark was teaching Zayun, the next traveler, the secrets of traveling, so Strawberry Frost joined them in their lessons to learn the ropes of his new careeer.

Lore: Strawberry was found on the edges to the pack's territory by Misfit who was patrolling with his son Vagabond. He had become good friends with the leader, Wanderer, listening to stories of her travels before she had started her pack for the lost and weary. When the time came for him to leave Wanderer offered her pack as a place to stay if he ever got lost again.

Lore: This has got to be the coldest place he's visited. That was all Strawberry Frost could think while he traversed the rocky plains. With each step, he had to avoid mud or loose pebbles, both of which felt like ice on his paws. Wasn't it supposed to be summer? As he grumbled to himself, a group of wolves managed to sneak up on him. Whiteout, accompanied by his hunting party, asked Strawberry if he was lost. When all Whiteout got was a confused look, he told the traveller that he had wandered into Daylight Sun territory. Strawberry quickly explained who he was and why he was there. The wolves looked at each other, then nodded. Strawberry was taken in and given permission to stay for however long he wished. During that time, he learned a lot about the pack, as well as a few tips to survive the tundra. Which he was definitely grateful for. Eventually, though, Strawberry knew he had to move on, and while he was leaving, a large orange fox started following behind him. Maybe having a travel buddy wasn't too bad of an idea.

"Ow!"
Strawberry growled to himself, licking his pawpad. He had stepped on something sharp. Looking down, he saw that he had stepped on a glowing twig. In fact, the whole area was glowing- what was this strange phenomenon?
Once Strawberry Frost got his bearings, he could study it more carefully. It was not the whole area, more a line of glowing trees, bushes, and assorted foliage showing a path somewhere. As he padded down the path, he soon emerged into a clearing. Mountains bordered the far side, some 100-200 feet away, and in front of him was a large jagged gash cutting through the earth. There looked to be trees in it, some glowing like the pathway, some normal ones, and floating through the canopy were voices- wolf voices. Pups tipping and quiet murmuring... there was a pack there. "Hello?" He called.
There was a rustle. A pale snout poked out of the bushes, followed by the rest of the wolf, a blue and tanish-yellow female with blind eyes.
"Oh!" She said. She sniffed the air. "Are you another one of those Traveling Wolves? Come in, Come in! I'm Caelum!"
Frost spent the time frolicking around with the pups and helping out with hunts. The pack was sad to see him go, but they gave him a little flower crown made out of arnicas so he could remember them when he went off on his travels again.

Lore: They arrived quite late in the evening; however, it didn't matter much as he was still quickly welcomed into their next pack, the Hooked Pack. They offered him endless food and gifts, even allowed him to play with the pups. Eventually though he did take his leave.

Lore: Spring was in full effect when Strawberry stumbled upon Clemensly's neck of the woods. Numerous pups were milling about, the scouts, a mated couple, were discussing possible hunting grounds with the lead hunters, and their leader, Queen Euphrates, was watching it all from the mouth of a high up den, tail wagging slowly. Upon hearing the noise Strawberry's entrance caused, the pack momentarily became defensive, but just seeing as it was another traveler, Euphrates herself came down to see him, and showed him to where he could stay.
"We're a bit low on food coming out of the winter, but, if you help our scouts find some of the migrating Elk herds, ill see to it you get a very full meal." Euphrates told him, to which Strawberry, of course, agreed.

Lore: Having met another traveling wolf in Euphrates pack, Skyros. Strawberry had hear from a distant conversation about a pack up north in the taiga that hosted feasts for travelers and celebrations, suggesting they travel to this pack seeing as it was a long journey. Skyros agreed to this and they set out, arriving at the RedFury pack, they were greeted warmly by the lead wolf Red, an odd wolf with large black wings and tiny red horns but comforting in some way with they're quiet smile. Settling in resting den and later enjoying a feast, Strawberry socialized with the wolves over the next few days. Saying bye to Skyros as they left early for their home pack and resting from their journey. later Strawberry had decided it was time to leave, bidding bye to the pack.

Lore: While travelling through a thick rainy forest Strawberry Frost came across a strange scent. Out of curiosity he decided to follow it. The trail lead him to some train tracks and eventually to an abandoned human city. Before he could even set paws onto the hard rock ground he was confronted by a group of sleek looking wolves. They demanded what he was doing on their territory. Strawberry Frost didn't like the way they spoke to him, like he was some dirty rat to be shooed away. They ended up fighting. Fortunately, their leader Esmée intervened before anyone could get hurt. She invited him to stay the night in the city and leave at dawn.

Lore: While wandering through the dense forest, Strawberry Frost came across and white wolf. He had been traveling for days and was relieved to find another wolf. The white wolf growled, "Who are you? What are you doing in the Shadow Slayers territory?!" Strawberry Frost whimpered, "Um, I'm Strawberry Frost. I'm a simple traveler and I would like a place to stay." The white wolf grinned, "Welllllll, our leader does NOT like new wolves. Our other traveler wolf, Tharik, just left this morning so Lifestealer might not like the new guest. But we can try!" Strawberry Frost wagged his tail, "That would be lovely!" They walked through the forest and emerged into a small camp. A furious brown and Black wolf stormed up to them. She snarled at the white wolf, "Blizzard?! What is this?! I am NOT accepting any other travelers!" Blizzard pinned his ears to his head, "W-well, you see. Strawberry Frost is a wolf in need of help. It'll be just like Tharik, he comes, he leaves in the blink of an eye." the brown wolf looked to Strawberry Frost, "Fine, I am Lifestealer and I am the leader of this pack. Don't make me get rid of you early. You WON'T be getting back home if you make me mad." She stormed back to the cave she came from and left Strawberry Frost shaking. Blizzard looked over to her, "It's ok, Lifestealer is just in a bad mood right now. You can stay in that cave right there until your ready to leave." Strawberry Frost trotted over to the cave Blizzard was pointing at. He walked inside and found some wolves laying down. One of the wolves pricked her ears and looked over to him, "Hello? I'm Firefly. You must be one of those traveling wolves." Strawberry Frost nodded. An empty bed was in the middle and Strawberry Frost made himself comfy. Strawberry Frost soon knew it was time to leave and said good bye to his friends. He swiftly left, awaiting his next adventure.

Lore: Spent a nice leisurely time in the Rockford Pack for his final journey, telling pups and adults alike of his experiences while Traveling, and happily reminiscing about his home pack. Soon that reminiscing turned into genuine home-sickness, and he desired to travel home at last. So with a fond farewell to the pack, and a small escort with the pack's scouts, he made his way home. ♥
Only to find that his home pack was there no longer, the dens and hoards in the same places as before....but all the wolves, just gone, not even a scent was left. Whimpering sadly he stood in the middle of his pack's denspace, hoping they would show up if he waited...maybe they were all off doing their jobs or various tasks?
A day passed and still no one...the scouts that escorted him from the Rockford Pack were still here though, and after whispering amongst themselves, offered him a place to remain in their pack. Either until his passing or until they get word of his pack's return, either way the pack will gladly take care of him. Strawberry was floored by the offer, but really considering this pack, it shouldn't have come to that much of a surprise. He gladly accepted their offer, and they headed back to the Rockford Pack...and once the Lead was informed of the situation, she appointed two other wolves in the pack to take turns checking in on his home for any signs of their return.
And so here he shall remain, dreaming of his return home, one way or another...in the warmth and comfort of the Rockford Pack.
