Adopted into the Goldenflower pack at the tender age of four months old, Adira’s need to please her pack stems not only from her already dutiful personality, but also from her desire to prove herself useful to the pack— in other words; worth keeping around. The situation surrounding her mother was ambiguous at best, while her father’s tendency to raise his pups in his own pack was less than reliable. Juniper doesn’t hesitate to take the poor girl in, assigning Warren as her pupsitter: a role that quickly evolves into something more akin to a surrogate father. As she continues to follow the older wolf’s lead, Adira grows into a very well-rounded wolf, earning herself a spot as a chaser on Talia’s hunting party alongside Warren. She’s quite reliant on the approval of her older packmates, and while they’re more than happy to give it to her, they’re working towards building up her self-esteem until it becomes less and less of a necessity. A humble and content girl, Adira is so extremely grateful for the life she’s been given in her pack and makes sure to make the most of her second chance every day.
