There was something wild in Saoirse, something untameable in her, feral even. Something in her that demanded she run from the pack she was born in.

Saoirse was born in alaska, during the month long night. She did not see the sun for thirty days after being born. And yet, the moon would not have. It was the sun who claimed her, instead, burning its image in her brain the first ever time she saw it rise.

Saoirse blames her restlessness on that; the suns image burned in her mind, encouraging her to burn as brightly as it did.

She walked all the way down from the Glaciers of the north down to the forests of the south, where she found a home in The Pack Of Singing Winds.
