Concrete Blonde is one of the newer members of the Foreigners pack. Much like Catherine, a fellow Chaser, she has no outspoken problem with the sudden change from a healthy and very advanced pack to some poor people in a field. The Foreigners who know better treat her with pity-fueled care and kindness.
She's been reared by Cheeto McRonald Der Linde, aka wild ass gang leader, and Zenith, aka business major. This promises a lot for her future therapy sessions with the Personality Snake.
