Kar was adopted by Skop, Palla's brother, because his family was killed by the balker, Skop found Kar and took him to Palla's pack who happily welcomed him in since they had two pups of their own Larka and Fell. All three of the pups made a pact with each other to never leave a pup behind and they still believe in that pact to this present day.
