Esmeralda

Born the runt of her litter, she was cherished by her mother, Siofra, and her father, Laulu. While her siblings were strong and played like all the normal puppies, her parents would often sit with her and tend to her weak eyes. She was born with a disability known as spontaneous blindness. The pack discovered early on that she was able to see except for infrequent fits of blackness. As she grew, she began noticing creatures through the foggy blackness and called them to her. Through lots of practice and special treatments from the medic, Esmeralda was able to communicate with the spirits in the Spirit Realm through her disability. Her best friend, Grove, is her spirit guide and the very first spirit she encountered through her blindness. Ever since then, he has followed her everywhere, and, even when she can't see his large brown body and enormous antlers, guides her through every episode. This ability earned her the title of Seer, the all-knowing.
