He was once a great leader but has become paranoid as he ages. He fears his daughter, Oke. He believes she plots to kill him and put herself in charge. He thinks that his grandson, the heir to the pack, is also in on the scheme. He spends his days pacing and muttering about plans and assassination. The entire pack is terrified of what he might do as he loses his mind further.
He has raised his daughter Aanand to royalty status, but wonders why he did it. He wants Vaaris to be the next ruler, but also fears that Saathin will kill Vaaris if Oke doesn't ascend the throne. He wishes he had made Aanand the heir first, so that Oke would just shut up and die.
