During the lesson: Today's lesson looked like a day full of play and fun, but Frost carefully observed relations between all the pups which included their likes, dislikes, and personalities. Puma didn't seem to be problematic.
Beginner's Foraging:
During the lesson: Some plants have healing properties, others can make you sick. Puma learned about common mistakes in recognizing herbs, and found she had a natural talent for it.
Chasing And Escaping:
During the lesson: Riptide had a feather attached to the end of his tail, and raced through a clearing with Puma close behind. She couldn't quite catch him yet, but she got close enough to feel the feather tickle her nose before Riptide pulled farther ahead.
Recognizing Danger:
During the lesson: Jaguar stuffed herbs into his mouth and chewed them into a paste. He spit the wad into a paw and dabbed it onto a leaf, showing Puma the proper technique.
Hiding:
During the lesson: Oak invited a few experienced members of the pack to find the class. Everyone had to prove their hiding techniques to the adults, and Puma endured well in two rounds and ended up the last to be found in the last round.

Puma was sleeping in her den when she heard the sound of paw steps walking up to her. She open her hazel eyes to her oldest daughter, Bird looking down at her.
"I was wondering if we can have a walk, just the two of us?"
Puma was confused. She never had a good relationship with her daughter and always have to break up fights between Bird and her other daughter Shadow. Bird was always the instigator.
She had a feeling her daughter resented her for the birth of her younger sister, who have a different father.
Puma thought Bird knew it was pack custom to have perfect pups with the pack stud.
But her confusion was replaced with hope. Maybe her daughter was ready to reconcile with her.
She got up and let Bird take the lead into the territory.
As the two she-wolves travel far away from the pack, Bird faced her with malice in her eyes and hackles raised.
"I'm not happy you choose some random winged Pupsitter as your heir instead of your own daughter," she growled showing her teeth. "So I'll give you this simple choice; choose me or I'll end you right here, right now!"
Puma was in shocked. She told her she couldn't choose her because she's getting older and her mate left the pack, leaving her without a Beta.
Bird's hackles layed flat and turned away for a few minutes, then she lunged at her.
They fought for what seems like hours. But Puma was much stronger then her and pinned her to the ground. She look down at her daughter, her pup she had with Mica before he left, her heart feeling with so many emotions. Hurt, betrayal, and saddness.
