Biography
Aegis is a herbalist, with a truly unique feature: Not only is he an expert in classification and use of plants, he's somehow achieved symbiosis with them!
To the untrained eye he might look like a normal dog with a messy coat, but upon closer inspection you'll realize that he isn't just covered in plants, the plants are an actual part of his body! While such a concept may seem incredibly horrifying and painful, he is seemingly unbothered by these strange growths and, in fact, he believes that these plants have benefited him greatly by allowing him to further understand nature as a whole, and how even the most mundane things in it have something to contribute to the grand scheme of life. They also help him with stealthiness, which has proven to be very useful when dealing with a particularly difficult pack member in need of medical attention. He tries to instill this ideology into both of his apprentices to ensure that they have greater understanding of the importance of their relationship with the world around them. Everyone has a part to play in the grand design; from the tiniest insect to the largest bull elk. Even the most grandiose trees were once tiny, unassuming seeds. Do not take away from the world what you cannot give back.
