Eldest daughter of Lucerys and Rhaenyra, Helaena is favoured by her parents.
She died young. Her mangled body was found near a bear's den. She was so badly disfigured that the pack was only able to discern her identity based on scent. Her mother was devastated, and her father was quietly distressed. Helaena's sister, Baela, soon left the pack when her mother grew unable to look after.
