It's completely fine, as long as the wolf is not dominantly black or anything. Some hints here and there are fine, so try not to make them 100% opacity :) and, if I'm correct, the spy and herbalist would be male? (referring to the "lads" part in your comment).

Also, do you mind if I could get a link to all of their designs when you're done? (aaaand, what rank and gender would the Heiya wolf be..? sorry for all the questions ^^')

Not a problem at all! She already has one pre-made, too! (if you look on the first page, it's the pup that she is having from the Numachi alpha male, so since you decided that she is having three, then only two need to be made :3)
