Posted 2023-01-14 15:20:33 #937458 Got into dog genetics a while ago and used what I figured out to make a game for myself. Colors, patterns, and hair type are the most well understood. Body shape and size are more theoretical. Each dog is given a genotype so it can be used to cross with any other I think up. Theoretical Dog Genetics. I'll post any new ones I do. All the old ones are on my Deviant Art page. I don't include other canid species since I haven't seen any research there, such as why wolves with the dominant black gene change color and dogs don't. Mixed breeds 25% Chow-chow and Labrador Retriever, 12.5% Elo, German Akita, Shikoku, and Unknown (German Akita is a spitz breed I invented for the game that comes in every color.
