The basic setting is pre-apocalyptic modern, where strange occurrences are heralding the uprising of demonic creatures that have been living unnoticed amongst humans for centuries, preparing for the fall of mankind. People are still going about their daily lives, but the news is full of terror. The suspicious deaths of top political figures, cities around the world falling into chaos, panic buying and supply chains failing - with nothing able to be done to stop it. We will be playing a pair of best friends that are doing their best to ignore the chaos and carry on their normal lives against it all, and have to make some tough decisions as to the best course of action in the face of everything they know changing faster than they can comprehend it. The plot includes prophecies, secrets held for generations, side characters, and so much more! What I need from you: Literacy: Literate and up, please. Advanced would be a real plus. I can't be dealing with 2-3 line replies. I'd like something to get my teeth into, rather than one long rambling paragraph. I'm not perfect by any means, but do require at minimum 3 meaty paragraphs of something well-written. I tend to write 3ish paragraphs, so similar would be ideal. Also, third person/past tense writing only, please! Frequency:I'd like a couple of replies a day minimum. I totally understand stuff happens and it might not be possible for you to reply a day here and there, which is fine, but please let me know. If you are going to do this consistently, however, then we won't work out, as I do require 2+ posts a day to stay interested and to keep the plot moving. That's just how my broken brain works. Also, this will be longterm, because I'm a slow-burn kinda gal. Just FYI: I'm in GMT timezone. A little about me: really not that strict when it comes to the character portrayal. As long as the basics are down, we'll be fine! I love to chat and make friends, and will likely spam you with useless garbage once we're a little more familiar, because I'm trash like that. Also, I should make it clear now that I won't roleplay with minors, or ideally anyone under 21. I am over 21 and would like someone of similar age. |
