Oh, sadly blind puppers can't do any roles, or even any training. :( there are suggestions to change this in the Game Development forum, but for right now, they are just a sit pretty type of wolvfer.
Same with deaf wolvfers, except they are the ones who can do scouting and herbalism.

Oh yes, the only ones that don't are alby and mela rn.
The rest are either lethals that kill your puppy unless you immortalize it in time (all but brachy goes for crazy amounts of GC), and now there's deafness and the two types of blindness.

People have been paying high for spontaneous blindness (talking 600+ GC!), so if you are going to sell her, consider doing so soon before prices fall!
