Hi! I'm a Hobbit & Lotr fan and I'm re-designing my den but I need ideas

In my pack Middle-Earth I have 6 caves:
Erebor - which holds my Badger Dwarrow-folk.
Mordor
Dale
Rivendale
The Shire
Beorn's Hall - which holds wolves with the Melanism and Albinism mutations.
------------
What I plan to do:
- Find a T3 base for the Hobbits - Kin? Hornfels?
- Find a T3 base for the Elves - Fox? Flint?
- Find a T3 base for the Humans - Iridium? Grulla?
- Fill Mordor with wolves that I like but aren't T3's
- Rename Beorns hall? Idk what to do with it
