Quiet Hills Apartments Monster Mash [Open; On-Site]

Quiet Hills Apartments is a thirteen-story apartment building set on a large hill. It's quiet. Run down. Dark and menacing. Surrounded by graveyards, it was once part of the funeral home system and gave a place to rest for the mourning and visiting. Now, it is just a taller tombstone among thousands.

At least, that's what the humans think it is.

Rules
•You may start with two characters, but may eventually have as many as you can keep track of.
•Character death and fighting is alright, but you cannot do these things to another person's character without their consent.
•This rp is semi lit. Minimum of two sentences per character. I, personally, would prefer to write a paragraph per character. Relaxed, easy peasy.
•Some monsters may require approval due to my unfamiliarity with them. Please don't make them too overpowered. Okay monsters include: Vampires. Werewolves. Zombies. Haunted sets of armor. Ghosts. Cryptids. Skeletons. People with pumpkin heads.
•You may want to be a kind of monster that's huge and wouldn't easily fit in an apartment. If that sounds like you, please give your character a human form or write accommodations they receive in the apartment! These might include dragons or cryptids like the Loch Ness monster.

•For vibes, think spooky Suite Life of Zack and Cody or Hotel Transylvania.
While I want the characters to meet each other at the beginning, there will eventually be a monster mash party 🎃💀🧟‍♀️🧛🥳
