A bunch of famous people start manifesting powers that they have to keep secret. Some of them start playing superhero or villain while others are afraid of their powers. Two siblings, a brother and sister, are the first to manifest powers. The two siblings don't know about each other's powers as the sister starts to build the heroes league as her brother begins the villains league right next door.

The government chose a few people to test a new project before using it on the military, but the injection ended up in the wrong clinic and the rich and famous people ended up getting it instead. It took a few days to kick in after they got the injection that they thought were flu shots and other vaccines.
