Ripplesand flicked his head towards the distance before starting forward again, tail raised high as he continued to patrol. "Some cat has been messing with the boarders.." He mumbled irritably, pace a bit quicker now. His words put his companion on edge, mimicking a similar pose as she followed after him. Ears twitching, Rustspot could hear the rustling of some greenery up ahead, fur raising in anticipation.

It didn't take the pair too long to find the source of the noise, soon pairing it with the scent of an unknown cat. Rocking back onto her hind legs, Rustspot sprung forward, paws outstretched as she attempted to pin the cat. Sandripple however trotted after her, waiting to see if his assistance would actually be needed or if he could let her handle chasing the stranger off.

Rustspot seemed to buzz with pride at the easy pin, paws pressing the tabby against the ground. The golden tom padded up behind his companion, eyes darting to the remains of the finished fresh-kill. "You're hunting in Bayclan territory.. Any prey over the boarder belongs to Bayclan, that makes you a thief." He stated rather mater-of-factly as he sat neatly, the position almost giving him a smug appearance.

The male glanced simply at the act, not moving from his spot. "And what's to say you won't try your luck again? All you rouges are the same, disrespecting us clan cats." Above the pinned cat, Rustspot shifted slightly, tail swaying slowly behind her.
