i already did , the user sent me a message saying if i have something to say , send them a message and not in the forum.

basically the message wasn't very friendly.

i didn't mod box it.

because i don't think the mods will be able to tell that user to be nice to other users

That's not how the game works. You claim the person's gift above you, whatever it is, or decline it, then offer another item to the person underneath you @AussieAngels. When they claim it, you send it to them.
